ASLP Manasa presented a comprehensive webinar on effective use of web-based and app-based tools in speech therapy across the lifespan, organized by Debosmita for Insightful Pediatric SLPs.

The presentation covered how digital tools can reduce prep time, be cost-effective, and provide versatility for different populations, while emphasizing the importance of proper selection based on individual client needs including attention span, motor skills, and generalization abilities.

ASLP Manasa demonstrated specific tools and websites for different age groups and case studies, including articulation disorders, higher language skills in autistic children, younger children with speech delays, online therapy sessions, and working with adults and geriatrics with dementia. The session included live demonstrations of various apps along with practical examples of how to integrate these tools into therapy sessions while maintaining appropriate screen time limits.
