With 15years of clinical experience, she runs Bloom with Us, a material making company, uniquely serving children with neurodiversities for speech and language intervention. She is also the founder of Insightful Pediatric SLP, an education and capacity building platform for SLPs to enhance both clinical knowledge and skills across a variety of topics.

Moderator: Ms. Mohini S. Shah, MASLP. She is a pediatric Audiologist and runs Aarambh chain of clinics in Mumbai and Alibaug.

Raising Resilient Clinicians looks at improving the emotional strength and coping capacity of SLPs specifically and other individuals in clinical practice. While our core knowledge base is achieved through our primary educational degree and skill through experience, emotional strength and dealing with stress remains in the shadows. This webinar focusses on self development completely. The perception of stress and its resolution is the mainstay while understanding our own self through reflection is also an objective.
