Here a child who reported with selective mutism, but through assessment and ongoing intervention revealed developmental phonological issues, with anxiety/compliance issues and underlying language deficiency. Articulation and language were intervened simultaneously till stuttering too became a concern. Parental education becomes the major cornerstone here.
